The venue is beautifully decorated, with excellent food and excellent location on a hill out of the town. Kindness from the whole staff. Comfy bed in the superior apartment, plus a kitchenette area, a chair, and a settee. Large bedrooms, lovely friendly and thoughtful employees who are friendly and give great service.

The nicest place to visit when travelling to Agios Nikolaos. Brilliant food and complimentary drinks. Well-kept rooms with a great view over the port, welcoming services. Thoughtful staff throughout. Handy location in Agios Nikolaos, close to the harbour and town centre, Mantraki on a 10 stop and the town center. Again, not far from Lake Voulismeni.

Location: the hotel was really close to the excellent and varied nightlife that's within stumbling reach, and municipal beach. The staff was superfriendly and courteous and solved our problems immediately. The room was tastefully decorated and huge, had smoke detectors for the safety.

Fairly clean hotel, loved to be very close to varied nightlife that's within stumbling reach, restaurants, bars & shops, and the lake and waterfront thanks to peaceful location. The staff was very very helpful. The room was well-kept and a nice size with a lovely big balcony, the bedroom, for instance as described. In the restaurant they served Cretan cuisine dishes.
